Refund policy

At Sippy Downs Coffee Company, we want you to love every cup. We’re committed to providing quality products and great service, and we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure your rights are protected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement, or refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, details of the issue, and a clear photo (if applicable) when you email us at hello@sippydownscoffee.com.au.

Change of Mind

Because our coffee is a perishable product, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or order by mistake.
Please double-check your grind size, quantity, and address before completing your order.

Non-Perishable Items

For non-coffee products such as brewing equipment or merchandise, we can accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
