Welcome to Sippy Downs Coffee Company. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sippy Downs Coffee Company, which operates this online store and website (the “Services”) via Shopify.

By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


1. Access and Account

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. Orders are accepted once payment has been processed and confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including where products are unavailable or an error has occurred.
Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us (or Shopify Payments) to process the payment for your order.
We reserve the right to change pricing or promotions at any time without notice.


5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide using trusted shipping partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by location.
Once your order has been shipped, risk passes to you upon delivery in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.


6. Returns and Refunds

As coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

For non-perishable items (such as brewing gear or merchandise), unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.


7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, images, graphics, text, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Sippy Downs Coffee Company and protected under Australian copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.

To the extent permitted by law, Sippy Downs Coffee Company’s liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the products in question.
