All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide using trusted shipping partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by location.
Once your order has been shipped, risk passes to you upon delivery in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
6. Returns and Refunds
As coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement, or refund at no cost to you.For non-perishable items (such as brewing gear or merchandise), unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content — including logos, images, graphics, text, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Sippy Downs Coffee Company and protected under Australian copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
